The process is incredibly easy and straightforward. You can sign up in minutes and enter your information after checkout. Our team will review your information and schedule a time to discuss your project’s needs and goals. After the kick off call, you will ship your product to our headquarters. We handle everything from here and you will receive images 2-6 days after we complete your shoot.

Good question! For starters, the hunt for a good freelancer can be painful, unreliable, and expensive. In addition to that, paying a full-time in-house photographer to travel can get very expensive.
Aside from cost, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With our monthly plans you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying for content when you need it.

We have several locations around the US. Depending on what location, environment, or scene you are looking for, our team will help you make that decision.

We will always shoot more images than the bare minimum and allow you to purchase additional images from our shoots at a discounted rate.

On average, most images are completed 2-6 days after a shoot. However, if retouching is needed or scenes are complex, requests can take longer.

For the most part you will work and communicate with me, Justin Kauffman, the founder of DreamShot and a professional commercial/lifestyle photographer. Our creator network, however, spans the globe and is comprised of the top professional candidates in their region.

We understand you may not have enough work or content needs to work with us each and every month. Perhaps you only have one or two ideas at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

DreamShot offers a ton of flexibility in how you request images and how we execute shoots. Most things are planned using Asana and other common ways clients provide additional information is by providing mood boards, sending an email, or recording a voice note.

No worries! We offer two initial revision windows for you to provide feedback and critiques. If you are still unsatisfied we will either plan another photoshoot until you are satisfied or discuss other avenues to guarantee success.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. We offer two revision opportunities per photoshoot and will work with you to create images that you like no matter what.
